The Insider will NOT show Heath Ledger's drug tape

Finally, some respect for the dead. In an act that folks at the Insider say is "out of respect for the family", they have decided to not air the vid of Heath that apparently shows him doing some hardcore drugs just a couple of years back. That's all well and good, Insider, but in the preview you showed practically the whole thing anyway. Oh well, it's a start I suppose.

Our little activist (Hayden Panettiere) is at it again!

That silly writer's strike sure has given celebs some time to do some soul searching. While Eva Longoria says she has finally discovered food and gained 10 pounds (yeah right), Hayden here has made quite the name for herself as an animal rights activist. This time she made an appearance at a rally in Washington D.C. Her father-oops!-boyfriend must be so proud.

Apparently Leslie was wrong, she wasn't being Miley!

How did I not know this? Miley Cyrus has had her name legally changed, because guess what...it wasn't even Miley! The not-so-innocent pop tart (who was recently named the top "Power Girl" by UsWeekly) has gone from Destiny Hope Cyrus To Miley Cyrus, according to reports. Does anyone else feel cheated that that wasn't even her real name in the first place?

Britney gives up on own kids; tries to steal other peoples'

It's been reported in Us Weekly that earlier this month, Britney Spears (is she getting skinnier?) showed up at an elementary school in Beverly Hills claiming that she was asked to "pick up" the young children of one of her legal advisers. After making a scene outside of the school and being asked to move to a more private entrance at the back of the building, the pop tart quickly fled the scene. Creepy.

This is really unfortunate

It was confirmed today by her publicist that 22-year-old Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. It was to be her first child with much older bf Ed Simons. It's always sad when things like this happen, and I'm no expert, but wasn't she smoking during her pregnancy? Doesn't that tend to harm unborn babies?

No, that's not Hilary Duff you're looking at. Is it just me or does Ashlee not even look like a shadow of her former wannabe-punk rocker self? She's like a mesh of Jessica, Hilary, LiLo and a muppet baby all rolled into one.

Ahhhh, new love. How I wish I could experience the romance of buying cheap hooker wigs and binging on caffeine with the one I love, and who's wife, coincidentally, probably loves (or loved) too. I wish someone could explain this pic to me that supposedly was taken outside of a Starbucks in Baja, California. Is this just another one of Brit Brit's thrice-daily coffee runs (punctuated by random licking of a pap's snap-happy fingers), or has she actually resorted to snorting whipped topping? At least she's off the hard stuff...for now.

Felker, best known for his work in the Britney Spears Toxic video, has been dating Blair since early 2007.
