It was quite a serendipitous occurrence, then, that the ongoing writer's strike has made for lots of down time for Bree Hodge to drop some calories! Jamie Spears pregnant- Let's all feign surprise

How are people so shocked about this? It was rumored a couple of months ago that Jamie Lynn Spears was knocked up by her longtime what's-his-name boyfriend (how long is a long time for a 16-year-old?) and that she was "keeping the baby". After revealing the news of her pregnancy to her mother, which reportedly happened around Thanksgiving, the two did what seemed to be the best idea at the time- tell it all to OK Magazine. That's what I would have done. Milk that cash cow, Momma Spears.

Miss Puerto Rico's pepper spray claims proved false!

Ingrid Marie Rivera, the reigning Miss Puerto Rico 2008, has a lot of explaining to do, according to police spokesman Stephen Alvarez. The 24-year-old said she was forced to "ice down" her face and body backstage in between segments, and that she didn't know why people would ever think she would lie about this. I still don't, mind telling me?
